"First Love" is a watercolor painting that describes the anticipation and heady rush of how we feel when we first encounter love. The idea of seeing the world through rose colored glasses comes to mind. In my painting I depict a rose in bloom, and the buds that symbolize the possibilities and potential that love brings forth.
